Frequently Asked Questions for WHISKY No.7 CX Fork - QR 1-1/8" Straight Carbon Steerer Post MountDisc Matte BLK Rim Strip Width (mm)-38 CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum
What should I do if the product seems different from its description?
Identify the specific difference rather than relying only on a general impression. Do not treat a generic promotional phrase as a precise specification without examining its context.
What should I check when one order contains several different products?
Look at the complete cost allocation if different charges apply. Check whether instructions or access details are supplied separately for different parts.
How should I assess customer reviews before making a purchase?
An unusually negative account should be considered alongside its details and other evidence. Give priority to clear, relevant observations supported by enough context to assess them.
